Spencer Hughes claims Alpine, Utah (“The Shire” as he calls it), as his original stomping grounds and currently lives in his life long dream town in the Heber/Midway Valley (now nicknamed “Rohan” by Spencer after the rural land in The Lord of the Rings).

He is married to a very supporting and beautiful wife, and together they have a very cute baby girl who took his photo album from 1k to 12k photos in only 2 months. He adores her, his family, and good theological and ontological conversation. He thrives off of giving quality personalized gifts and making people laugh and feel loved and comfortable. and He is a skier, Mountain Biker, and total wood snob.

He loves assisting others with their dreams, and dreams himself of lifelong progress towards greater freedom and impact through financial freedom, and positive connection. For a long time now, Spencer has seen real estate as the perfect companion to those values.

With the help of an amazing realtor and friend, and despite having to overcome some "impossibilities" with loans and timing issues, he secured his first home while still a student at BYU, and started a wood working and corporate gifting business (see woodleon.com). He put himself on a spending budget of only $2,200/total/YEAR, by creating a "magic" budgeting system that has since transformed many people’s financial worlds. Prior to getting married, Spencer built and lived in a mini cabin, while renting out the main portion of his home.

He loves all things finance and real estate, especially home projects, and has a particularly keen eye for seeing potential investments.
